Certified Logistics Leader Course

The Certified Logistics Leader (CLL) Certification Course is designed to help the entry-level manager gain a better understanding of how to lead people and not just complete processes. New managers are often promoted because of exceptional work ethic, longevity at a position, or knowledge gained about a process, however, this does not always mean they have the skills necessary to provide leadership to others. To improve the personnel leadership skills of new managers, the CLL Certificate provides instruction in the creation of a managerial vs. leadership approaches, personal leadership paradigm, conflict management, communication methodology, group development models, and personal goal setting. The CLL Certificate is a 5 week program including 1 hour per week of face to face or Zoom group instruction coupled with 10 online modules (2 per week) to be completed by course participants in preparation for the following week’s instruction. Cost for the CLL Certification, including instruction is $495 per participant with a minimum enrollment of 5. Access to the online material alone, without any instruction, is available for $195.

Leadership Coaching

LL Leadership Coaching is an individualized service provided to established and developing managers seeking to improve their own leadership abilities. Coaching is a collaborative effort that seeks to improve professional, personal and organizational goals through the enhancement and development of leadership skills. Coaches work with clients on identifying barriers to leadership growth though one-on-one sessions, 360^o evaluations, assessment tools, and utilizing established research. Once barriers have been identified, coaches and clients work together to develop a developmental plan with weekly action steps, that continues to be carried out with one-on-one support from the coach.

Leadership Coaching Packages

            Supervisor Package

Six 50 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with an introductory 30 minute assessment. Sessions are scheduled bi-weekly or based on client availability. Email correspondence (24 hour reply window) is available. Recommended for short term, specific goals. Cost for the Supervisor Package is $1800.

Manager Package

Twelve 50 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with an introductory 30 minute assessment. Sessions are scheduled bi-weekly or based on client availability. Email correspondence (24 hour reply window) is available. Utilizes at least one assessment tool (DISC, Strengths finder, EQ, etc.). Recommended for moderate professional growth, where some goals may be known but want to be explored deeper. Cost for the Manager Package is $3600.

Executive Package

Twenty-four 50 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with an introductory 30 minute assessment. Sessions are scheduled bi-weekly or based on client availability. Email correspondence (24 hour reply window) is available. Utilizes at least three assessment tool (DISC, Strengths finder, EQ, etc.). Includes a complete 360 Eval utilizing feedback from subordinates, peers, and supervisors to customize leadership development outcomes. Recommended for long term, deep professional growth, where goals can be fully explored and new opportunities are actively sought. Cost for the Executive Package is $7200.

Individual Leadership Consulting Session

Single 50 minute session designed to address an immediate leadership challenge or concern. Pre-session questionnaire will be utilized to pinpoint the discussion and issue to be addressed. Individual Consulting Sessions are billed at $325/session.
